Sponsorship comes in many forms, and everything is helpful. Soft- and hard- goods make great prizes and thank you gifts for our volunteers. Financial contributions help cover costs critical to running an event of this caliber, such as timing systems, European referees, insurance, banquet costs.... there is a long list! At Steep Dreams we do our best to highlight the contributions of our sponsors in the most meaningful way, and so have set aside particular cost amounts for specific items, as well as a general gold/silver/bronze tier system. TITLE SPONSOR
The ask: $3000
The return: the events title sponsor will be highlighted in every communication, signage present at all stations, and will be featured as the sponsor of the main event banquet, attended by all participants. Plus everything listed for levels below.
GOLD LEVEL
The ask: $1000
The return: Gold level sponsors will have the option of a banner at the start/finish area as well as the top of the rappel station (maximum spectator visibility), plus everything listed for levels below.
SILVER LEVEL
The ask: $500
The return: priority spot in the village (if desired), logo on the event T-shirt and other goods, plus everything listed for levels below.
BRONZE LEVEL
The ask: anything! We appreciate all contributions to this event.
The return: featured on website, logo included in race communications, any materials such as brochures can be included in participant swag-bags.
